Tonewize
Tonewize was established in 2005. Our Shapemaster equipment has been designed to provide safe exercise to all major muscle groups and will help to retrain muscle patterns whilst at the same time stimulating muscles for improvised circulation.
We have 8 Toning Tables, 6 Toning Chairs, Body action vibration plate and Sun Shower.
Our Staff
All our staff Michelle, Mille and Claire are Shapemaster trained to advise and assist with the use of all equipment.
Millie
Hi my name is Millie. I’m the owner, Diet Consultant, Beauty Therapist and a Shape Masters Instructor.
Since I purchased the business, I have been faced with a global pandemic, COVID-19. This hasn’t been the best start but I’ve used the time effectively and been training as a gym instructor. I cannot wait to pass on my knowledge to my existing and new customers!
Michelle
Hi my names Michelle and I’ve worked at Tone-Wize for a total of just over 7 years.
I started off as a customer myself, before joining so have seen the results first hand and can honestly say I was amazed at the difference.
Not only did I lose weight and inches but also made some amazing friends out of it too.
I love seeing the results from customers, whether it be weight, inch loss or generally feeling better in themselves. The results are endless.
I can’t wait to see you all soon to start your Tonewize journey too.
Claire
Newest member of the Tonewize team loves to be walking outdoors with my two springers poppy and Luna. Have two grown-up children Natalie and Jack owner of established business of 14 years after working most of my adult life with food have decided to take a more mindful approach to food and well-being and exercise. Doing a nutritional course and providing vegan and vegetarian foods at festivals and catering artisan Foods.
Now live a partly vegetarian lifestyle I call it Vague-Atarian. I believe how are you look after your gut and you’re cool with exercise you set great foundations to your well-being.
